Very encouraging story! I know I have to start eating better. I’ve lost some weight and I feel better so I do know it works. Like you said feeling better is so much better than the temporary taste of the food.
My friend swears by this too and she has so much energy!! She is so upbeat and cheerful on 5 hours of sleep. She is now helping me get on track with eating better too. 🙂
